The Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test is an easy-to-use home ovulation test that is over 99% accurate at detecting the fertility luteinizing hormone (LH) surge. The optical reader interprets your result and gives you a clear smiley face in the result window when your LH surge has been detected, identifying your 2 best days to try for a baby.
With the Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test, finding your luteinizing hormone (LH) surge is simple. Follow the test’s easy step-by-step instructions to detect the rise of LH 24-36 hours prior to ovulation.
Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test’s flashing test stick symbol shows you that it’s working. Get clear digital results in just 3 minutes so you can know your 2 best days to get pregnant.
A circle with a smiley face means the test has detected your LH surge, and having sex during the next 48 hours maximizes your chance of getting pregnant. A clear circle means your LH surge has not been detected. Continue testing with a new test stick at the same time tomorrow.

Question: I do not know my cycle length or my cycle length varies. How do I know when to start testing?
If you don’t know your usual cycle length, you are advised to wait for at least one menstrual cycle, and note the length of this cycle, before using Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test. Once you have determined your cycle length you can use the instructions to work out when to start testing.
If your cycle length varies by more than 3 days, then choose the shortest cycle you have had over the last 6 months to work out when to start testing. It is possible you may need to start a new pack and use the new Test Holder and Test Sticks to detect your LH surge.
Alternatively, if you wish to start testing without knowing your cycle length, we recommend you start testing on day 10. (However, in this case it is possible you may miss your LH surge because you have started testing too late or you may need to start a new pack to continue testing.)
The Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test (Prueba de Ovulacion Digital) identifies your 2 best days to get pregnant. The simple urine ovulation test is over 99% accurate at detecting the luteinizing hormone (LH) surge. The optical reader interprets your result and gives you a clear smiley face in the digital display when the LH surge has been detected, so you know this day and the following day are your 2 best days to try for a baby. For women whose cycles are variable, it can be especially challenging to accurately detect the timing of the two best days to get pregnant. A 20 count test kit will give you a higher chance of detecting your most fertile days.
Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test is not intended for contraceptive use and is not suitable if you have recently been pregnant, reached menopause, have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) or are taking certain fertility drugs. Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test can be used if you are taking clomiphene citrate. Before applying urine to the test stick it must be inserted into the test holder. This device is for home use. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at 36°- 86° F (2° - 30° C). Do not freeze. For in vitro diagnostic use. Not for internal use.
The Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test quickly and accurately detects the surge of luteinizing hormone in your urine which normally occurs 24-36 hours before ovulation (when you release an egg). The test therefore tells you the 2 best days to conceive your baby. *Data on file. Research into recommendation of Ovulation Tests & Fertility Monitors with 204 US Ob-Gyns (Kantar Health 2011). **It's over 99% accurate at detecting the LH surge.
