Cloudy With a Chance of Witchcraft (A Paranormal Women's Fiction Romance Novel): Grimm Cove, Book 1 Audible Audiobook – Unabridged
When it rains, it pours...and sometimes love finds you even when you can’t find yourself.
Fate has given me a second chance at the happiness I once knew in the odd Southern town of Grimm Cove. But only if I can come to terms with some rather eye-opening revelations. Supernaturals are a real thing. I'm a witch. My high school sweetheart, who happens to be the Chief of Police in Grimm Cove, is my fated mate and a wolf-shifter. Ghosts exist and can be very nosy and meddlesome. Someone is murdering witches left and right. And last but not least, my ex-husband's barely legal arm candy is taking fatal attraction to new levels of Hell.
I'm no shrinking violet, and with the help of my best friends, I'm going to live life on my terms - come Hell, high water, or magikal mishaps.

Poppy and friends head off to Grimm Cove to renovate her Grandparents home, and literally runs into her ex Brett, who ran out on her before they had sexual, when she was twenty.
Chemistry soon sizzles between the two, but as she learns more about the town, she sees that supernatural creatures are real.
I’m delighted the regular PNR chart toppers have released linked books for women characters forty-plus.
Poppy and crew aren’t afraid to make jokes about men, sex or life and Poppy ends up defeating vampires with a rolling pin.
We have a cameo from Travis, related to Sunny from the Peculiar series by Renee George, and it looks to be a great continuing series.
and it was amazing. Poppy is going be turning 40 and her husband of 19 years decides to dump her while out at a resturant. Poppy also has twins in college Tucker and Pepper, plus 2 super great friends Marcy and Dana. The main male character is Brett who lives in Grimm cove and is their Chief of police and a wolf shifter/ wolf pack enforcer, who knew Poppy when they were younger.
Grimm cove is a special place full of magic and other things most people don't believe in. OMG what a great story there are ghosts, shifters, vampires, laughter, BFFs, drama, mystery, and so much more. Chemistry soon sizzles again between Poppy and Brett, but as she learns more about the town, she sees that supernatural creatures are real. I really loved this book and can't wait to read the other two when they get released!!!
Poppy has travelled to Grimm Cove with her friends to renovate her grandmas' house following being dumped by her husband of 19years. Initially everything seems normal but soon the paranormal creeps though. I loved the chemistry between Poppy and her friends and also that of Brett, her childhood ex.
I am so glad that the Paranormal Women's Fiction genre has appeared as it demonstrates that us women of a certain age have lots to offer even after the age of 40. looking forward to the next book in the series.
It's got witches, werewolves, ghost's and vampires, what more could a gal want.
The storyline was exciting with ups and downs with just the right amount of drama, action and adventure to keep the pages turning.
The characters are all great and although they said forty was middle aged I tend to disagree! In my opinion fifty is middle aged. But with everything else I loved it.
We'll worth a read
Story line was action packed and intriguing and though I guessed right who is who it didn't make less worth my love for it. Now I'm so excited for the next book in this new series which is a part of new genre of PWF. Highly recommend it to everyone regardless of age.
