I love coffee and this shouldn't go to waste right

I wasn't quite attentive enough to realize that this is the concentrated form of flavor before I purchased-- oh well, no worries; I love coffee and this shouldn't go to waste right?... Wrong.

Horrible design for the squirt applicator... a weak limp wristed pump is going to put a nice concentrated white sticky mass of flavoring all over the rim of your cup and your counter-top. I did this about a dozen times before I tore off he tip of the pump... this worked for a few days until some of the product solidified in the tip and made me have to actually rip out the pump and squeeze the bottle... not fun at 6am when you just want some flavoring in your coffee...

Bad packaging aside; the flavor is good-- it reminds me of the concentrated flavor of mashmallows in commercial cereal. If you're a health freak (you probably aren't buying this if you are) you might be turned off by the obviously sweet-fake taste.

4/5 will try a different brand next time, but still a decent buy.

Misleading description! It clearly says liquid creamer PUMP! This DOES NOT come with a pump! What it the point then!?!?! Extremely disappointed! These usually come in a sealed box with a pump and an expiration date. I don’t see either!!! It was shipped in a bubble envelop and was bulging on the bottom so won’t even store properly!

Can't open the pump and even I could, realized all the bad stuff in the product.
I would love to return it, but thetas too much work..

I was frustrated when I could not get the pump to work or get it back off to use the creamer. There is a step missing in the instructions on the side of the bottle. I telephoned the 800 number on the bottle and the nice rep gave me clear, concise instructions. Hold the knob on the neck of the dispenser and rotate the nozzle counterclockwise. So simple. It works beautifully. I love my coffee creamer.

Bought this for my husband, it is huge and nice. Did not realize it is "concentrate" not "liquid" which apparently makes a difference but he still likes it either way. He says this is thicker than the liquid ones. Love the pump handle so it doesn't have to move out of the fridge.

What do you write about creamer? Geez, come on now. Ok, it tastes like Coffee-mate what did you think it was going to do? On the serious side the pump works all the way down to the bottom of the cream inside and never breaks. I have bought several of these and the pump always works until the end of the bottle. peace and coexist....rk
