LACKING SHAPE BUT SO SOFT

So I actually ended up purchasing two of these, the large and this darker grey one is a the medium. I usually wear a large but it was just way to big but I wanted a spring jacket to be able to quickly throw on. This is super soft and comfortable as can be. That being said, the medium was still too big. You can see in the last photo from the back my hands were in the pockets pulling it forward. In the first photo there is zero feminine shape for this one but at least the sleeves on the medium were not past my hands. I am 5'2, 170lbs and usually wear a large top but I think I could have gone smaller on this one and might end up buying a small one just to see if I like it more. For now the Medium will just need to work for the camping trip this weekend.

Beware! You may unknowingly get a used jacket!

I want to first start off by saying this is my 2nd jacket like this and I absolutley love it. I bought a 2nd one only because my daughter borrowed my 1st and lost it. Upon receipt of this jacket everything looked normal. I opened it up and thought it smelled a little funny but figured it was from the plastic it was wrapped in. The next day I grabbed it out of my closet to wash and realized there were cough drops and pieces of dried flowers in the pocket! So not only did they send me a used jacket but didn't even bother to clean out the pockets which tells me it wasn't even cleaned or sanitized before they resold it! YUCK!! I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I am an amazon prime member and do a majority of my shopping on here. I have never experienced anything like this before. No where in the description does it say used. I will be filing a complaint.

broken zipper

I really love the size, color, and warmth of this fleece, however I have had it for a week and the zipper line comes undone every time I zip it up. I cannot find the person to contact to get a replacement but now I am unable to unzip it without strain and am not as warm. I will definitely leave higher stars if I am provided a replacement or a refund to re-order a new one in working condition.

No way is this Columbia brand. I had a fleece Columbia jacket that lasted years. My Walmart fleece jacket is better quality than this. I can see through the fleece on this "Columbia" jacket it's so thin. Definitely not worth 40 bucks. On my way to return it.

Alright so I have had this jacket for two months now. Loved it at first, but man does this thing attract dirt.
Trust me I know how to do laundry, I know how to do whites.
This jacket is SO brown that it’s embarrassing to wear at school for clinicals.
I only wear this jacket at school for about three maybe 4 hours every Tuesday and Thursday….
I just don’t understand how it could get so filthy.
I even took it to the dry cleaners!! Spent $13.50 on it and it still looked the same as I had taken it in.
Honestly just save your money and get a Patagonia jacket.

I order this jacket in navy. The color wasn't even close! It was more like a blue/gray color. I called and asked for a pre-paid return label because the color was not as advertised. I was told to send a picture which I did and that it was a monitor calibration problem. Really? I have provided a picture. you decide!

I have this same exact jacket and it’s thick, warm, soft. This is NOT the same Columbia jacket. I purchased through Amazon and it is scratchy and ao thin that you can see through it when held up to the light. A $60 jacket should not be see through. The quality is so poor that I am not even sure this is truly Columbia. I can get a higher quality jacket at Walmart. The tag is sewn on crooked, which makes me even more skeptical. I am surprised to see so many high rated reviews. Brought it to wear up north and still needed 3 layers underneath it. Can use in Florida winter at best.

The first photo shows the jacket. My wife really liked this jacket. However, the 2nd photo shows this item was definitely used and not new as advertised. At this time, January 13, 2022, Omitron COVID was spiking. We really did not want to see a used piece of tissue in the pocket! Also, my wife detected some kind of fragrance on the top of the jacket, no doubt from the person that had this jacket before. We returned it.

Strange fleece fabric feel

My item, an XL, was 2" shorter and 5" smaller in the bust than the same item I bought several years ago and loved. So disappointing to have the quality of a brand name product go down hill like this. And besides, they want me to drive 20 miles to a UPS store to return it, when we have a drop-off location in our local town.
