Great Piece of Luggage

I'm very happy with the weight & tough exterior of this suitcase. Even fully loaded I can easily lift it over my head to store in the airplane storage compartment. I've taken it on 1 trip so far & when it took a tumble from the back of my SUV it sustained no damage. The inner pockets are handy for packing. Overall, I'm highly satisfied!

Decent suitcase, they are paying for reviews

Seems like a decent piece of luggage for the price, but what's kinda disturbing is that the seller will not stop emailing me directly soliciting a review with pictures/videos in exchange for a gift card. Just leave the review, email a screenshot, and get a giftcard. Not cool, makes it difficult to trust the ratings on this item.

Too large for airline carry-on status.

I really like the suitcase however, despite ordering the 20” carry-on, I discovered that it is a little over 2 inches more than the maximum size allowance for a carry-on bag. I suppose it’s my fault for not reading the actual dimensions when I ordered it but I assume that if it was a 20 inch carry-on that they knew what the size limitations are. It should not have been advertised as a 20 inch that was suitable for airline travel. I’m going to keep it because I got it on sale during Amazon Days; but that’s some money I could’ve spent on a carry-on that would actually fit in the overhead without having to pay a fee or wind up having to check it. This will be OK for car trips but I already have suitcases for that.
It’s disappointing that so many items for sale are not what they say they are. It used to be much different but now it’s just like they throw a description at the wall and see if it sticks.

Distinct at airport and large enough to travel

I waited until after I'd traveled to leave this review, so the attached pictures are what the luggage looked like AFTER a trip to Disney World including air travel and four hotel transfers. After the first airport journey, it was clear something had been spilled on the luggage in transit but the contents were safe and secure. This held everything I needed for a week of elaborate outfits including boots, fluffy dresses, wigs, and lots of products. I traveled with it extended and the zipper and cloth still seem strong and dependable. One journey is down...here's to many more!

Nice medium size luggage bag

I was looking for a 2nd medium sized luggage bag and originally purchased the 28 inch size. It arrived fast . Looked good but it was too big for my needs and promptly returned it . I then purchased the 24 inch bag and it arrived in 1 day . Very fast service . I really liked the smaller 24 inch luggage bag better . Not too big and not too small . Looks sturdy . I set the TSA/ lock code following the easy instructions . Everything is good so far . I’ll follow up later on how it makes it through various airline baggage handlers .

Cheap, flimsy plastic

I just received the 28" suitcase and it does seem to be within the 62 linear inches needed to check a bag, however the outer case feels like a thin, plastic drum. I would not be surprised if it broke in the first use. There's already a small sign of the plastic being bent (lighter color) near one of the wheels during shipment.

I'm honestly nervous to take it on a trip during the holidays and may return it. I know most reviews these days are paid, so it's hard to know what's real. This is an honest review.

Zipper Broke on First Trip

We all know how zippers can malfunction and not zip properly, leaving the suitcase open when you zip or unzip. That's exactly what happened on my first trip with this suitcase. One of the zippers stopped working properly and would leave the suitcase unzipped. Fortunately the other one still worked.

Update 9/24:
The company contacted me and provided a replacement. They indicated they would provide feedback to design. Because of the good customer service, I am increasing the rating to a 4 star rating. I travel a moderate amount and have another trip in October, so I will update this review with more experience.

First review:
On the first arrival using thus luggage, a wheel is broken. I have two iFly bags with it purchased from Walmart, one very large one that I have used for many years. They made it fine. This one looks good on the outside, but the wheels are insufficient.

I plan to start traveling now that I am retired. My mismatched luggage just wasn't going to work. I found these on Amazon and read the reviews. They are very nice looking and was glad to have the TSA lock built into each piece.
The wine red is very attractive and I chose it to make my luggage stand out in Baggage claim area. I love the sturdy feel and the easy gliding of the spinner wheels. Also the assorted handle placements is very handy.
I'm ready to get them packed and have an adventure.

So I wanted to wait till I used the suitcase for travel to write my review. The suitcase made it from the USA to Mexico and back with no broken wheels! I read a lot of mixed reviews, but I had no problems! I weighed the suitcase alone, and if I remember correctly it was about 12ish lbs. I shared the suitcase with another person and we fit everything comfortably for a 7 day trip weighing 40lbs! Hope this is helpful!

Broke after One Trip

Initially, I really liked the suitcase. It's super spacious, and I was able to take a good amount of clothes for my six-week trip across Europe. But after one flight, two of the wheels broke and stop working properly. By the end of my six-week trip, the zipper had snapped and the bottom of the suitcase could no longer properly seal. I was really excited about the price of this suitcase, but be warned, you get what you pay for.
