My family travels internationally which means lots of airplane transfers, rail, ferry loading and unloading. Each member has their own set. Only one cosmetic scuff has appeared. About to order another set for my mother as we are taking her to London, Scotland and Ireland for the holidays. We rarely use the middle size. The small size we carry on and the largest size we check. Very pleased with maneuvering and durability of wheels on various rough surfaces. The retractable handle makes for easy storage on ferries and railway. We’ve had zero issues with locking mechanism. We are a family of 4 with kids age 8 and 12.

SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, and FRUSTRATION!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I literally purchased the procure on April 15 I’ve used it twice and the zipper already broke off the track. The rubber is cheap and bends very easy. Literally COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING. Called Amazon and they won’t even let me return the items. So now I’ve spent almost $150 on luggage that is not as durable as advertised nor or of good quality. Do yourself a favor, go to Macy’s, and find you some nice luggage that way. I will never purchase from these people again customer service was awful as well when I called to let them know about their product.

this latest pic ... i TOTALLY can find my luggage - SOOO EASILY!!!

i have had 2 more flights .... no additional luggage dents. i did buy luggage straps .... NOT related to security of this brand - simply seemed like a good idea with zipper-hardside luggage. go figure - from 3 pieces of luggage with 6 straps, lost 2 straps already.

the luggage is standard in features (tho not expandable) ... price seemed good. BUT, I chose hard-sided luggage because a couple trips i'm taking i'll be traveling with delicate/fragile/squishable items. i am worried how this case will fare.

I am contacting company & will update my post with how customer service handled situation.

Great Luggage at a Great Price!
There is nothing about these that I DIS-LIKE! They are brightly colored, which; for me, makes it easy to find them on the Airport Luggage turnstyle, and; all the featues are fantastic - they will server you well! Handles are a MUST, and they are easy to pull and push and turn! I like that you can stack-them inside one another to store, and; they are worth the price - at just about $100 for the entire set of 3. Truly fabulous indeed!

I just received this luggage set and the color is absolutely stunning. The green apple is truely green apple and not a dull green. I am pleased with the material and quality of the luggage. The packing was simply amazing. Lots of styrofoam, cardboard and plastic wrap for protection. Also, the luggage was shipped in a box and then that box was placed inside of a larger box. I appreciate the added protection towards my purchase. My set arrived free from any damages. I plan to order additional sets in various colors.

Sizes are nice. Looks like theyre gonna fit a ton in them. The greens a bit brighter than in the picture. Dog not included. Hes there for size comparison. I think he could fit in the 29” honestly but he wouldnt have much space for stretching lol will update when i actually use them in a few weeks!

I just bought the luggage based on so many positive reviews. The negative ones almost put me off, but I’m glad I ignored them. I haven’t used it yet, but it looks perfect for what I need. I love the three sizes. And the COLOR! The apple green is gorgeous and should be very easy to spot on the luggage carousel. I’ll update my review after my trip to Greece and Italy. That should be a good breaking in for it!

Update: The trip is over, and I’m happy to report I am still enthusiastic about this luggage. Through seven European cities, two missed connections, and multiple trips through airports and up and down stairs, these bags were amazing. I even over stuffed the large one, fearing the zipper would break. Not a chance! I HIGHLY recommend this brand. Bon voyage!

The best economic luggage with cool colors

The luggage is light. The colors are cool. The price is right. We used these for a recent trip and they held up well. The wheels on the bottom of the luggage made the luggage easy to maneuver. The light weight allowed for some extra clothing to be packed. The zippers are work easily. The combo locking the zippers in place is a nice feature. The shell held up well for the first trip we used the luggage on. I am curious about the longevity or the product and how long they will hold up. The manufacturer offers a 2 year warranty.

Just received my cool life 3 pc luggage. So far so good. I adore the green and am looking forward to taking them on their first adventure. The maneuverability on these fully loaded is fantastic. The large bag full is fairly heavy and does not impact the ease of maneuvering.
Durability remains to be seen. I did read a lot of reviews and with hard sided luggage it seems important to ensure that if you’re checking that the packing shouldn’t leave a lot of gaps as it helps to keep it from cracking or being damaged. We shall see!
Lots of space in the bags and I’m fairly certain I’ll be able to use the 2 smallest bags for a weeks travels for my husband and I.
I can guarantee that I will be I will be able to identify my luggage. I went with the lime green. Adorable!

Wheel and strap broke first use

I was really excited about this bag. The color is gorgeous and the zippers feel sturdy. The color is great I found my bag right away. On my first and only trip with this bag, one of the wheels was quickly worn down despite only traveling to the bag check. The inside strap on the bag also broke and the bag was not over filled. I am Disappointed in the quality of this bag but don’t want to return all three bags as only the large bag was affected. Hoping to hear from the manufacturer about a replacement and will update my review if I hear anything back from them.

Love the color!!!( lime green) spotted my luggage from 4 carousels away and made the trip from LA to Boston with only a few scuffs. Rolls so easy. Doesn’t have the expandable feature and I forgot to check that when I ordered it but still lived it and so lightweigywas able to get more than expected in there anyway. Recommend especially the bright color
