Editorial Reviews

Review

"This fourth edition covers the newest developments regarding mass digitization, Creative Commons, classroom use and distance learning, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and access for people with disabilities ... Moreover, Crews's devoting two chapters to how copyright law and the TEACH Act can be applied to distance learning is particularly timely and useful." --Licia Slimon, MLS, University of Pittsburgh(Duquesne University)

"[An] excellent primer ... Functioning as both a straightforward, cover-to-cover read and a handy reference work." --Online Searcher --This text refers to the paperback edition.
