Whether you want to rehab an injured elbow as I did, or you want to increase flexibility and reduce pain after your round, this book is the real deal. I felt so strongly about the book that I sent my mother a copy. She's an 18 handicap in her 70's and still looking for a way to a single digit handicap where she was many years ago.
Core Performance Golf gave me a great gift; to continue to play it pain free. Thanks Mark!
When you read this book you will find there is nothing left to doubt as to what your golf fitness level is and what you need to do to improve it. Excellent pictures, instructions and more. The author unveils a section called Movement Prep (a great pre-round stretching routine), swing analysis, nutrition and more. I go back to it every off-season and I probably should refer to it more often.
It misses on both counts. The conditioning part of the book - which takes 3/4 of the book to get to - is so complex and poorly described that it is useless. For a person looking for a doable, useable approach to fitness for golf, this is a total waste of time.

those who want to improve their games through use of the proper core muscles, particular
the hips. Best explanatory text I've read on athletic exercise, and why.
Highly recommend !
