I read a lot of fiction, and my interests primarily lie with Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror, and subgenres and fusions of that. I mention that because I'm pretty jaded at this point to it, so it's very rare that a book or a series comes along that I really love. The characters in "Reality Bleed" are great, the monsters are great, the overall theme and plot are exactly what I love, and the setting and background are superb. I won't give anything away, but I will say that you should read this series if you have any interest at all in Sci-Fi Horror. Easily earned all five stars.
This is not something to read before bed. The adrenaline pumps through you as these authors take you on a nightmarish ride. This will keep your mind churning with the “what if’s” all night long. Tealson is probably my favorite character. Braun.... I just don’t get him. Maybe I’m not supposed to? In short, don’t knock on doors unless you absolutely know what’s behind them.
Crash. Burn. Die. is the 3rd book in this new series and it is a rollercoaster ride from the first page to the last. When I got to the end it was NO WAY, I need to know what happens, who is left and do they make it out? This is a strong story about an international space station set on the planet Mars and how Earth has not been able to contact anyone and sends this small group of people out in order to see what is happening and they end up in a battle to save not only the space station inhabitants but to save their crew from these horrific alien monsters set on destroying each an every person onboard the space station. I am very excited for the next chapter in this series.
