Shrinks and cracks but still useful.

I have a love/hate relationship with this clay.
Pros: I love how it shapes around things. I also love how you can get it wet and score pieces and those pieces will adhere and dry together as if one solid piece. It dries overnight... much faster than some other brands. You get a lot for the price.
Cons: It is pretty hard even with a lot of kneading. It does shrink which causes it to crack unless used as a thick solid piece. (I used wood putty to fill in cracks before painting the things I made and it worked well). It is kind of grey-ish so I kept that in mind when trying for certain colors... often taking several coats. This did make it almost impossible to mix paint with it to color it before shaping the clay.
Overall, I guess it depends on what it is being used for and how flexible the user can be when working with it.
