I bought this for my brother, my cousin, and me for Christmas. We try recipes together or pick different recipes to cook and share with each other. Everything is delicious, well thought out, easy and doesn’t require anything I don’t usually have in my pantry. There is also a recommended playlist for cooking.
It’s is so well thought out by Snoop I definitely recommend and wish more cookbooks were set up and organized like this one.

I heard that this book had great poultry recipes, so I decided to buy it. The first recipe I made was the chicken wing recipe, but I used chicken cutlets instead. The brine made the chicken absolutely juicy w/a hint of orange. The breading had a layering of delicious flavors. I usually don’t like chicken because it always tastes dry and boring, but this recipe made me change my mind. Just an added tip- in my opinion it called for too much salt. I added about half the salt to the brine and half to the breading, and it was perfect. I also thinned out the chicken breasts and tenderized them. Buy the book, it’s really good kitchen tool.

My sous chef partner is gonna have a laugh and the recipes are proper good.
In this book you have everything from breakfast to dinner -dessert to drinks!! It s worth it
