A fun, spooky, RPG for those game nights where your DM forgets to write more story for the week

This game is quick to set up and get into. The rules are fairly straight forward and character creation is a snap. The audio tracks set this game apart as each of the 54 room cards you encounter come with their own audio track.

The open nature of this game also makes it so that after you have played it a few times you can start modifying it to your own story, maybe create new win conditions or even whole new endings.

This game is enormously fun! Spent the evening playing this with my Partner and teenager daughter! My teenager who I can never usually get to look up from her phone especially loved it as she’s never played gamebooks before, so this was a totally knew experience for her! The soundscapes really pull you in and add to the atmosphere too. Can’t wait to play it at other family gatherings as no two games are ever the same! If you love the idea of RPGs but are put off by all the rules then this game is for you! Rules are simple and clear and you can start playing almost immediately! We are playing Weirding Woods next week which is another great adventure gamebook by the same author! Highly recommended!

Fantastic game book

Well this is my second game book by the same company and yet again another awesome adventure. This time the play session is much longer due to having to navigate through rooms but if you play along side the soundscapes the book’s QR codes link to you get a fantastic experience unlike any other game book I’ve played before (well apart from the other one I played from the same company)
Over all well worth the money.
