There are unfortunately no pictures of the recipes. But they seem to be easy to follow.
There is one notable recipe that has chicken listed as the protein but is named a turkey recipe and calls to cook the turkey.

The book arrived on time, it has no pictures except for the cover and caters mostly for meals for multiple people, there are very few recipes that cater for 1 person. I will divide the ingredients in the recipes to make 1 serving but it would have been nice just to pick up the book and start cooking without doing the necessary calculations.
Secondly some of the recipes have been duplicated eg recipe 41 and 158 and finally, I have been cooking for 61 years but have never come across some of the instructions in this book for example recipe 181 Sweet Potatoes and Apple mix… put apples in the very pot, add the river, bring using a boil over medium heat. That’s a new one for me.


Very difficult to read let alone make anything in it unless you are unemployed! Even then you need to spend a fortune buying all the added ingredients. It was only cheap to buy ( I can see why) . I usually would not bitter to return something so cheap, but this..... Not even going to give it to charity as it's so poor!
