Being diagnosed with high blood pressure is not fun, but can be controlled with food. The DASH Diet was created for this issue and it was found that it also helps a person lose weight. Taking on a low sodium diet can be difficult, but with this cookbook, I found alternatives to salt and the meals created were delicious. You have got to try the Pumpkin Pie Fat Bombs!
