Why not her books often cause me to tune out everything when I have one of her books open. Thanks Sky for another awesome book. If you do decide to get this book, don’t forget to get Levithan and pre-order Thorulf, Vicar and Tor, which are the other books in the series.

Maya is a very special person and she's always known that she would have to time travel to help humanity in some way, but she really doesn't know why. Although she can't believe it would be to help save humanity from a bunch of warring gods.
Now she must straddle two worlds, caught between life and death. Her only hope is a Viking from the distant past that she undoubtedly craves but sadly can't have. He's also a dragon prince with a very dark lineage. Maya is also a dragon, but she has no desire to embrace the dragon in her. All she wants is to remain human, but as we all know things don't always go the way we want them too.

Dagr Sigdir travels to the twenty- first century determined to have Maya as his mate. That's when he realizes Maya is actually half immersed in Helheim which is the Norse Underworld. Dagr is son to the ruler of the underworld. Now Dagr believes that he alone can rescue her dark hold. He was wrong so very wrong. Something far more challenging then death stands in his way.

Dagr soon as finds ,out that he was wrong. So very wrong. But there is someone else far more challenging then death stands in the way. His closest friend and brother in arms, Thorulf.

Will Dagr have to step aside if Maya and Thorulf are destined to be together? Or will he fight for Maya knowing that she is meant for him?

Sky Purington is a master story teller. I think her stories get better every time. I believe that Ms. Purington is absolutely fabulous. If you are looking for for a book that has Vikings, modern day ladies, and wicked gods this is the book for you.
Ms Purington once again you have outdone yourself. This book is worth every star I can give.
