I am the Culture Architect, as well as a Global Speaker, WSJ, USA Today & Amazon Best-Selling Author, and Advisor to businesses ranging from Fortune 500 to small businesses. My PhD in Psychology, experience starting and running several businesses, and thousands of hours of conversations with top executives and frontline workers have helped me know what makes companies thrive and what makes them dive.
I take great pleasure in crafting high performing company cultures along with change mastery, driving innovation, and developing an owner mentality throughout an organization. Great leadership and a purposeful company culture are foundational to success.
