3.0 out of 5 stars Good comic, poor quality of book itself
By Bailey on April 5, 2019
Really nice art and comic. But build quality awful. Reading through the first book and basically all the pages for the first book just fell out, didn't rip, just straight up fell out. Will update once I receive a replacement copy

Dark Souls is a fantastic series with lore that you yourself can build upon. This was a design choice by the creators. Now with this comic series the mysticism and grandeur of the Souls world is completely missing, and that is no fault of the writers, but more the medium in which the story resides. The artwork is amazing, with colors brimming with life.
If you are looking for decent fantasy comic, even if you are not a Souls fan, then you may find enjoyment in this.
Now I am not sure why the size of this omnibus was down scaled, but, this is smaller than the trade paper backs that the stories originally came out in.Just a heads up in case, like me, you assumed it would be of regular oomnibus size.
