Oh, so good! Mo and Giorgio are my favorite couple. They are dangerously in love with each other!

Gio is a straight up killer, a cold-hearted assassin and didn't care about anyone's life EXCEPT his team and his Bez. With Bez, he chooses to be different and become the husband and father he wants to be. She is his reason for life.

“Bez, what is thing I tell you always?” he asked. “That I’m pretty,” she teased. “You are beautiful, my love. But other thing. No tieno precio. I have you, and I have Aleksi. I have nothing else.”

It's surprising that this assassin, this killer can show so much love for anything but especially for his infant son Aleksi. Considering Gio had a monster for a father, it's a miracle he can love anyone.

"To him, grooming Aleksi’s fingernails was no less barbaric than a gladiator decapitating an opponent in the middle of a packed stadium. And Bez had said she would “have to prepare him” so he wouldn’t “commit homicide” during their son’s first haircut."

This entire series is great, but I especially enjoy this couple. There were some parts in this book that read a little disjointed and I had to reread the previous page to figure out what the heck was going on. Other than that, this is a book filled with romance and action. It's a good read.

I’ve read all books at least twice, but Pozza is my man (in my head) Sorry Mo.
I do want to know more of Olu and Abe. (Previous Dark Knight)
And I want to see how Mo deals with her need to feel pain and the internal conflicts she deals with.
But overall, I want to join the Alpha Team. Lol loved all of the characters but again Pozza takes the cake.

The writer throws us right back in the fight and it is shrouded in not only mystery but unfinished business. We also get to see the human side and you love it,and get to enjoy all corners. This is not only well written, but it has been well thought out. This has been a very enjoyable experience and a great addition to one heck of a series.

Don't you just love the crazy couple Gio and Moans or No for short. The story is brutal somewhat like the couple but their soft spot is for the son Aleksi and their family and friends. It is rich in passion and violence and mystery. Who is Gio's mother? I just love this series!!

I have to say, in all the couples in this series, Gio and Mo are my most favourite. They get you hooked from the time the book starts until it ends. I love this second story as it gives us a deeper look into their lives and how they are coping with now being a family. Gio is every woman's dream many savage to the outside world, but a big soft teddy bear who would lay down his life in an instant for his wife and son. We learn so much about Gio in this story and get to see his very private and soft side when he is with his wife, but especially when he is with his new baby son. This book was beautifully written and I encourage everyone to pick up a copy and get to know Gio and Mo. You will not be sorry.

K.Alex Walker has published some amazing works but for me this one was just likeable; I can’t say I loved it. Definitely not a re-read. It felt disjointed and jumbled at times.
