Mark Allan Gunnells loves to tell stories. He has since he was a kid, penning one-page tales that were Twilight Zone knockoffs. He likes to think he has gotten a little better since then. C.W. Blackwell is an award-winning author and poet from the Central Coast of California. He has been a gas station attendant, a rock musician, and a crime analyst. He is a 2021 Derringer Award winner.

Michelle Renee Lane holds an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. She writes dark speculative fiction about identity politics and women of color battling their inner demons while fighting/falling in love with monsters. Her work includes elements of fantasy, horror, romance, and erotica. Jill Girardi is the author of Hantu Macabre, the best-selling novel featuring punk rock paranormal detective Suzanna Sim and Tokek the toyol. The book was shortlisted for the 2019 Popular/The Star Readers’ Choice Awards. Suzanna and Tokek will also be taken to the big screen, as a full-length film based on the characters is set to start shooting, with former MMA Fighter Ann Osman starring as Suzanna.

Jill has several short horror stories published (many of which feature various small, wicked creatures) and will soon begin working on the next volume in the Hantu Macabre series. Catherine McCarthy spins dark yarns that deliver a sting in the tail.

She is the author of the collections Door and other twisted tales and Mists and Megaliths. Her latest release, Immortelle, is a Gothic tale of grief and revenge, set on the West Wales coast.

Her short stories and flash fiction have been published in various places online and in anthologies, including those by Brigids Gate Press, Gallery for the Curious, Dark Recesses Press and Black Spot Books.

In 2020 she won the Aberystwyth University Prize for creative writing for her magical realism story, The Queen’s Attendant.

When she is not writing, she may be found walking the Welsh coast path or huddled among ancient gravestones reading Machen or Poe.

Christy Aldridge writes horror. She's heavily influenced by writers such as Stephen King and Clive Barker, and her semi psychotic family. She dwells in a small town in the sticks of Alabama with her assortment of dogs, cats, goat, and snake.

Justin Montgomery lives in Missouri with his wife, son, and dog, where he’s hard at work on his first novel and other writings. He has a B.A. in English and a certificate of creative writing from the University of Missouri--Saint Louis. Horror runs through his veins, and he enjoys horror games, movies, and novels.

Most recently, his short story, "Sometimes They Linger", was published in Dead Awake, an anthology by Crimson Creek Press, an imprint of LOM Media LLC. His short story, "Firing Blanks", was published alongside his poetry in the 2018 edition of LitMag, the award-winning literary magazine for the University of Missouri--Saint Louis. He is also a regular contributor to the website Sublime Horror.
