I guess that other people would find some of this difficulty. I will try to understand the next book and see if it exposes me to the plot!
I did not follow the teleport of the group into the mess that was awaiting them. And did not understand the reference to the people fighting with them.

But what's really annoying me is the hundreds (LITERALLY HUNDREDS!) of typographical errors across the first 2 books.
This author needs a decent editor. Could be so much better
back to chapter 2/3 and went over story again. Had message to contact Amazon,
they said book would reload and it did load yes it with the same copy.
