I was expecting a lighthearted happy book about cute little stories that happened during her time working with prince. This book was none of the above. I was shocked most of the time and then just in disbelief at how disrespectful she was to him and to his family. I found many inconsistencies, dates wrong incorrect facts and Way too much of her own opinions throughout this book instead of factual information. I’m sorry but this book is fiction.

Kim trashes Prince's mother Mattie Baker. Upon her death, Minnesota newspaper Postbulletin, Feb 20, 2002 (Postbulletin.com) described a hard working, educated woman, with a master's degree from the University of Minnesota who worked as a social worker for over 20 years in Minneapolis schools. After she divorced Prince's father, she married Hayward Baker and was with him 34 years, living in a house that Prince bought for them until her death.
God's name used in vain to make money and elevate oneself for fame... on the heels of someone's death. Real Christians will be reminded of someone...

It comes across as idle gossip. If Kim had an axe to grind with Prince she should of taken it up with him while he was still alive not trash him after he's gone. If Prince really treated women as bad as she says he did why didn't she just leave his employment?????
Kim states at the end of the book that there's loads more she wants to share but she couldn't fit it in... Well Duane Tudahl managed to fit 730 days into his Prince and the Purple Rain Era Studio Sessions book. And that really is something worth reading!!!!!
