I would recommend for ages 7 through adult, although a highly verbal 5 or 6 year old might get something out of it too.
The devotionals are extremely helpful and the questions (included in each one) really helps the kids open their minds and then come up with some questions of their own. We have each child search up the verses of scripture related to the plan and they love being involved.
We're so happy that we bought this book.

One day, one and a half pages roughly and a brief in depth, very relevant application section, with a new testament quote to back up the message. Perfect. I won it in a competition. My 7 year old reads it alone or with me.The end of the month challenge asks things like "write down three things you learned about God this month."
