5.0 out of 5 stars Decades of Experience Shine in Second Edition
By MamaP on April 27, 2021
This is a phenomenal book. The 4 Disciplines is a timeless process that doesn't need a lot of updating, but they've managed to compliment the original material with insights from their thousands of implementations. The original book was written primarily for leaders of teams, so the additional content for leaders of leaders makes this a great 1-2 punch.

Also, that updated images of the software tools are a critical update that give clearer insight into how the process can guide an organization from an executive level. It's a great addition that focuses on the process.

Highly recommended.
