The exhibition brings together twenty fabrics and other items related to the universal iconography of Don Quixote that can be visited in the Toledo Museum until 19 February. The shaft assembly constitute the tapestries were woven El Quijote in Europe, especially Philip V ordered to perform at the Royal Tapestry Factory in Madrid. For the first time these Spanish cloths can be seen as a whole, next to other tissues of the manufactures of the Gobelins (France), the Netherlands and Italy, showing the aesthetic differences used by different workshops to give life to episodes de Cervantes.
