*UPDATE: I figured it out! See attached photo on how to get the straw working properly every single time!!! Best cup ever!!I really liked these sippy cups for my twins when we first tried them. I didnt take the straw apart for first wash. Worked fine. And then, after taking all the parts apart to wash for the first time, the straw started coming loose. It came loose so frequently to the point where I couldn't stand it. It would work for 30 seconds and then all you would suck was air because the weighted straw kept popping out of the cap. The concept is great, but the mechanism is extremely flawed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS. If it didn't stop working constantly, I'd give this cup 5 stars. It was the first cup we tried that didn't leak!! Instead, I'm sadly returning and looking for another weighted straw sippy cup.
