So um... I love Dragon. He might be my favorite Halloween Boy. This was such a fun book. It was action packed and fast paced. What is not to love about vampires, pirates and some blööd play 🩸 I loved the gothic feel of this book. I genuinely didn't know what was going to happen next. Kat definitely takes her time with these characters and the spice is the reward. It is hot, filthy and will have you taking breathers (or ✨ buzz buzz ✨ breaks 😏). The sexual tension between Blythe and Onyx was hot and heavy.
I like that Blythe is still figuring out who she is and how each of the boys help her find out something new about herself. She pushes herself and Onyx to the next level in every way. I can't say enough good things and I'm really looking forward to Wolf's book.

I loooove this series! I read about some frustration with Ames and his possessiveness but I’m just a sicko and kind of love it. This book was fantastic, I did have a few moments where I wondered where things were going but by the end I knew to trust the process.

How does Kat create such a beautiful world in all the horror and drama? I had so many wishes when it came to the new characters introduced like Lolth and Eylsium but time will tell when we see them again.

Also, was anyone else super frustrated in the first book how they weren’t all just getting down and dirty together? Fear not, you will be rewarded for your patience in this book.

Also, Judas! I guess we need to keep reading, right?! But I love where we are going with him!

We are the women who fell in love with monsters...

I am screaming, crying, throwing up. I have been waiting to read and review this book since I finished Ghost. Kat wanted to help Onyx write his story and she absolutely killed it. It was beautiful, haunting, heart breaking, dramatic, spooky, and oh so spicy.

I loved following Onyx's adventure and getting to learn more about him and his heritage. Then we get to see more of his relationship with Wolf (honestly my favorite couple) and the one he wants to have with Blythe. And Blythe? Watching her figure out who she is and who she's meant to be is so much fun. You just know by the end of the series she's going to be a serious force to be reckoned with and one HBIC.

I struggled writing this review because there are really no words, or not enough words to write out how I feel about this book (the series and the author). Book two of the Halloween Boys was everything we were promised and so much more. It was just as good if not better than the first and each book gets its hooks in you and never let's you go.

One last thing, Judas (Devil. My husband. Love of my life.) 🥵 There are more small scenes with him in this book and Kat? You're killing me (and I'm enjoying every second of it).
