Purchased this receipt printer and cash drawer to replace an old serial/parallel combo. Was having an issue with the print output format. Just happened to receive and email from these folks asking if everything was ok and provided POC in case there were issues. I replied that I was in fact having a problem, provided them with the POS program I was using and 8 hours later they replied with a fix which I applied. Works great now.

I have two of these units, they are about five years old and have preformed flawlessly. they are real work horses. Recently purchased a third unit, unfortunately it arrived DOA. Called tech support, explained the problem. I was issued a UPS prepaid return label bye email, and 5 days later I had a new printer. It's working flawlessly. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a POS printer. And the price is very very good

Make sure that you actually download the driver from their website. I tried to just let Windows 10 do its "plug and play" thing but it didn't work. No biggie, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I downloaded their driver and we have had no problems. It cuts the paper itself and the print quality is excellent. Great affordable little receipt printer!

Only complaint was the mini roll of thermal paper packaged with it, why bother? Couldn't send a full roll of paper? Minor detail, since everything else was great. Installed in no time using their website downloads, and fully compatible with our MindBody POS.

We purchased this printer because of its network capability. In our office we have a POS laptop, that gets used at multiple desks. With the network feature, as long as the laptop is logged in to wifi, this printer works flawlessly. We did have a little issue getting it configured properly, but that was before I contacted the company. I simply visited their website, requested help, and within 30 minutes the printer worked perfectly... So while the printer is great, the service was phenomenal...

I bought this to work with my Lightspeed POS system. I checked the list of systems it would not work with and it was not on there. I inserted the so called "Installation Disk" and it was just a handful of random pictures. There was a girl in a field and some flowers. There were no other instructions. When I plugged it in ,y laptop starting installing it, it showed up on my printers but as a local usb and when I would try to print from it, it would not show up on the printers list. I tried to call the actual company that makes the printers and unless you use their POS system they will not help you. I have tried several printer to try to get them to work and it has been a nightmare. I would not suggest buying this printer unless you are using the revel systems POS.

It says on the adaptor 100 -240 v when I plugged it into a 220 to 240 v the printer blew and smell of smoke, and it also spoilt my monitor that was close to it.......return window is passed and I cannot do anything about this...was meant for a small business....
