No Telephone Support in the USA if you have a problem

I can’t tell you about how the Scanner works because I never got that far. After setting up the unit, the software was downloaded
Successfully. Following the instructions and prompts, a warning showed “License does not match scanner”. If this warning appears, the instructions say “Click activate” which failed numerous times. Then it said to try “local activation” which brings up a License tool box with the license PLE file. But no file was there. After several emails and providing a serial #, I was told they could use remote support (Team Viewer) to figure out the problem where they have access to my computer which I was not willing to do. Also two taps of the On/off button is supposed to turn off the scanner, but it required as much as fifteen taps. I returned the Scanner to Amazon.
