Found this series just this year - don't know how I missed it. Have now binge-read all 34 books, print version. Started reading sci-fi in the 60's with Clarke, Bradbury, Vonnegut, Heinlein, etc. Ryk Brown's writing style may be different from theirs, but it's just as entertaining and always keeps you interested. This was a really fun book, and I can't wait for the next one! Hope I'm around long enough for him to finish all 75 books in the series!

But it's the twists and turns in getting there that's the best part, you end up living the lives of the characters and feeling the emotions they go through. For me, The Frontiers Saga is like a modern day version of Edgar Rice Burroughs 'Mars and Venus' series that first got me in to sci-fi. Can't wait for the next episode.
