Huge part of my MS recovery!

I suffer from MS, it got a lot worse this year and my doc gave me six months to get better on my own before she puts me on meds. So this coffee is a big part of my natural recovery. Along with yoga, meditation, tons of antioxidants and probiotics, I make coffee combutcha and use (I know, yuk) coffee enemas, daily. Extreme detox! This brand was recommended on some website I found, I it works amazing! I feel like a million bucks after the enemas! Watch me recover completely and start running marathons before the big pharma catches me in it's ugly claw!

Updated: We have tried EVERY organic, fair-trade coffee out there...

This one is the BEST! Hands down. better than any other coffee I have ever had. It's smooth and bold without being weirdly sour or bitter. It's always fresh tasting and it's never weak. We buy six bags every month! Really appreciate that it's subscribe and save.

Update 11/2021:
We have been ordering this coffee on autoship for YEARS. It WAS the absolute best. Not any more. The quality control has gone severely downhill or something. I receive bags that are open and spilling all over the box. I have to jump through hoops to get my money back without having to return the item (maybe I should start returning boxes of loose beans?). Additionally, we have now had at least 3 bags of this stuff that just brew terribly. Where this coffee is always super dark and robust, - it looks opaque and black when poured - we have now experienced weak brews that are super light and transparent. We're not doing anything different, so it must be the coffee. I will be finding a different brand to replace our 2 bag/month habit.

We absolutely love this coffee. The flavor is robust and the smell is wonderful. My only issue is the fact that I ordered there 3 packs of coffee and only recieve 1 of the 3 packs. Then I file a replacement/refund option and they shipped another 3 pack free of charge. This would be great except the fact when I recieve the replacement I still get only 1 of the 3 I was supposed to recieve. I am not sure how it is so hard to count to 3. This coffee is not very cheap and I keep only recieving part of my order. To make matters worse I went through this a while back where they couldn't count to 3. I am tired of having to constantly complain because my order keeps getting messed up. I just want the 3 pack I order. Not one... not two... I want all 3 packs that are supposed to come with this. I do recommend the coffee it's really good but beware that you will spend around $22 plus dollars and only recieve part of your order.

Got the wrong order twice

I ordered, according to Amazon, a 3-pack of the Breakfast Blend for $25. A couple days later, I received in the mail: a one-pack of the Love Buzz. I promptly contacted Amazon about this, and they were very responsive, and agreed to send a replacement right away. A couple days after that, I received in the mail: a one-pack of the Love Buzz. Twice in a row, the wrong amount of the wrong coffee. Fortunately I was able to get a refund, and the Love Buzz is fine, not amazing but fine. But no stars from me unless you can meet the very minimal bar of sending what was ordered, at least by the second time.

AMAZING COFFEE. I could not believe it.

First off let me start by saying every morning I wake up and make my self a pot (about 22-23 ounces, in one mug) of this coffee for weeks now. It is Organic and fair trade, 12 ounce bags (vs 10 ounce that many roasters currently sell when you opt for the fair trade organic blends), and tastes excellent. I buy the whole bean and grind it myself about a bag at a time and store the ground beans in a glass container with a rubber seal.

I first started looking for coffee because I used to always order directly from Green Mountain Coffee roasters (and yes paid for shipping everytime) I could have purchased cheaper GMCR coffee at local supermarkets but they did not have the fair trade organic blends that I liked. I was getting more and more annoyed because even though I was part of their cafe express club (and recently obtained platinum status) there were never any good deals, the bags were small (10 ounces vs 12) and I always had to pay for shipping which for about $50 worth of coffee the shipping was $8.00. SO I started looking for an alternative and I am very picky when it comes to my coffee.

Being a loyal Amazon.com customer, I started looking for coffee on Amazon. There are loads of coffee in all different sizes for all difference prices. I was shocked. I selected (Amazon Prime shipping) and that narrowed it down a lot for me. Then I came to the Equal Exchange brand. I had heard of them before because I live in Massachusetts and they are based in Massachusetts. They offered the coffee in 3 - 12 ounce bags for a reasonable price and FREE SHIPPING! SO I chose Breakfast Blend because I don't like a very light roast and yet I don't like a very dark roast (like french) so Breakfast Blend is right in the middle. I ordered the coffee and subscribed to the automatic delivery through Amazon.com (which gave me an better price on the 3-bag bundle of coffee).

When it arrived I made my first mug and was happy. The coffee is aromatic and tastes amazing. I can't go much more into detail than that, but it leaves no aftertaste to me. Which I realized only after I had this coffee because the last few sips tasted just as good as the first, unlike other roasts from GMCR.

Thank you for reading, basically I recommend you subscribe to automatic delivery of this coffee (choose the longest time frame first, then when you find your self running out adjust accordingly), buy your self a good coffee grinder (often you can find cheap ones that grind a few cups at a time) and enjoy this amazing organic fair trade coffee that is such a great deal!

I drink a lot of coffee & organic, socially responsible products are a must for me. That's what led me to try this coffee. I like my coffee to have good, full flavor, but not be too strong (there's a certain coffee chain whose coffee I can't stand: way too strong for me). This is smooth, never has a burnt taste, but isn't weak-tasting, either. It's consistently the best coffee I've ever had (& probably why my coffee drinking has increased!). I urge you to try it; I bet you won't go back to what you were using. I signed up for regular delivery so I know I won't run out.

I buy this in the whole bean form and every morning I enjoy grinding some beans and French Pressing some EE Organic Coffee. The roasting process for this coffee must have been carefully watched over. Really a hot mug of Equal Exchange is a great way to start a day because it is consistently smooth and tastes rich but never bitter.
