5.0 out of 5 stars My granddaughter's first adult book is a winner.
By Betsy Perdichizzi on August 17, 2016
This book is required reading for my granddaughter who is entering middle school in Florida. The subject crosses many borders and many themes. It presents real problems in complex ways,so that you can see all sides of the question. There are many questions still unanswered in our society. It is a book that is hopeful and realistic. I really enjoyed it with her.
