About the Author
Jamie Oliver is a global phenomenon in food and campaigning. I use them mostly in phases.
This one not so much, great ideas, but not as inspired as his earlier efforts in my thinking, but as a healthier ideal, I am not so enthusiastic to engage full-on. I like food that's simple, tasty and healthy. I s'pose it's a matter of getting used to doing the SUPER FOOD concepts more fully, so they can become second nature, much like the other great things he's inspired in my life and joys when I am cooking for the familia.
This is, hands down, my favorite cookbook since Thug Kitchen entered the cookbook scene - and I highly recommend all of their cookbooks too!
