Season 1 Correct Viewing Order
While it is a great show, the first season flows much better in the order intended (the DVD order), rather than the streaming order (original broadcast order). The preferable order is:

Great Price for a Great Show
Verified purchase
If you are looking to buy the complete Farscape edition this is the ticket. The 15th anniversary edition alone does not have The Peacekeeper Wars, and that is only available on Blu Ray from region B. Plus price wise this is much cheaper then the older versions. If you have never watched Farscape you can catch it on Prime Video. But trust me once you start watching you'll want to have this great show in you collection.

Edit 11/20/19 Unfortunately I have to edit this review. The change is not about the show its self but the shipping of Amazon. This should have shipped in a box but instead came in a air bubble pouch. Had about 6 of the disk loose in the case. With one being cracked around the spindle hole. So I immediately sent this back for a refund and went to my local box store and bought for the same price there. The pouches are just to small and do not offer enough protection for an item like this. This isn't the first time I have had discs shipped in pouches that disc end up loose in.

Great show, LOUSY packaging decision.

The three stars is strictly for the way this thing was put together; the show itself is terrific.

Seriously, I want to know what the people who designed the package for this collection were smoking at the time.

It comes in a single box (good), with several "leafs" within it to hold all the disks (also an acceptable way of providing them). However, each spindle holds multiple disks per spindle, which is not a bad thing in and of itself, but the spindle itself has NO easy way of releasing the disks. There are multiple points which hold the disks in place, with no single center-push release, or even a push-one-side-of-it-to-release. It's a bunch of small tongs (for lack of a better word) that hold the disk in place. See the included pictures. This makes it really hard to remove a disk, which left me really concerned that I was gonna break a disk before I could get it out. I had to use a butter knife pressed against a tong, lift the disk enough to kinda hold it in, and then move the knife to another tong to eventually work the disk out.

In another "what were they thinking??" moment of design, they put the information on episodes, etc., on the inside of the cover, I.E., the back side of the outside cover art. Again, not a bad thing by itself, but there are disk holders on the case itself (not in a leaf you can flip), so the only way you're going to be able to read the contents is to remove all the disks on that side, which might not be *too* bad if not for the spindles that just don't want to release the disks....

As mentioned above, the three stars is because of the packaging, which is bad enough IMO to bring down the score (as far as I'm concerned, this packaging deserves one star at best). But the show itself is as wonderful as ever, and while I only did a quick spot-check, the video quality looks really good. Seems to actually be 1080p as far as I can tell, so that's a pleasant upgrade from a prior DVD set that I had, which was only 480i. I can't wait to watch all the special features!

tl;dr - Great show, lousy packaging. Be prepared to deal with getting the disks out when you want to watch them. Me, I'm seriously considering ripping the disks to media files so that I can watch them via Plex at home without worrying about breaking a disk while trying to get it out of the package....

Farscape is an amazing show! Shipping...not so much.
Verified purchase
My case came cracked and broken because it was shipped in a bubble lined envelope. The case seems to be made of brittle plastic, so please ship this in a box!

Farscape is immediately interesting from the pilot episode all the way to the end. Great cast of characters, highly imaginative creature work and excellent story & character arcs. This set includes the finale mini-series "The Peacekeeper Wars", which was unavailable in the previous 15th anniversary blu-ray set. This set does not include a digital copy. It comes in a clear case with so-so quality cover art. The 15th anniversary set had better quality packaging that felt more premium.

The whole series can be streamed on Prime Video, FYI. I'm just a fan of the series that I've purchase the original DVD set, the 15th anniversary set and now this set in hopes that it's a true "complete series set". The video masters were lost/destroyed for the series so the video quality will not be as good as recent shows on blu-ray. The source is sub-HD, so the picture will be the best that upscaling can do.

Lack of care for the series or consumers.
Verified purchase
I haven't watched any of the discs to check their quality, but if the package is important to you, you're likely better better off buying the DVD sets or the separate Blu-ray sets of the seasons. The case is clunky and frankly appalling, the discs are scattered throughout in a lazy attempt to fit them all and were falling all over the place, as well I received my copy with two disc 4s for season 2 and no disc 4 for season 1. There is no reason to have then so badly cluttered due to these being 50gb Blu-ray discs and if it was a matter of needing the space for special features, they should have either been omitted or put on seperate discs so the main episodes could be fitted in a more tidy manner. I love this show and happy with my DVDs so if HD is your sole purpose for buying this version, just get the individual Blu-ray sets for the extra price. I am sure they look far less bootlegged than this sorry excuse of a anniversary collection.

Quality Bluray but bad package case.
Verified purchase
While the quality of the release is good, and the series is amazing, my rating is for the assembly of the physical set.

I don't like the case, it has two discs stacked on top of each other and are difficult to remove smoothly. It reminds me of the cases used for Doctor Who where one disc is layered in a interlocking setup, or staggered layer. Where you see one disc and below or above the other disc is positioned.

As for watching the disc my only complaint is the episode order is completely wrong. Unsure if it is just disc one or all of them but the episode order is jumbled. At least the dvd release had the episode list on the discs. Even the episode guide on the reverse side of the case cover shows the wrong order. So unless you have a guide or don't mind looking up online, I'd go with the individual release of the seasons on bluray. Although I did like that it had Peacekeepers War included. But not much of a plus in my mind.

**Update**
I would like to make a correction concerning the episode order. Turns out the order in this set is correct. The dvd release I own had the production order but not airing order. So I'm upgrading this to 3 stars as packageing is still an issue.

The case is really bad.
Verified purchase
This is an easy way to get the full series together, but the case is just terrible. I've only opened it a couple of times and the cover going down the spine has already been cut into by the plastic. Unfortunately Pilots voice is off still as well in PKW. I honestly dont know for sure if the pictures any better than previous releases, but I'd say probably not.

As someone who didn't yet own the series, I'm happy to now, but if you already own it on bluray, I'd say pass on this. Only buy if you want to add support/interest/whatever in the series.
