Jodie Bailey is the USA Today Best-selling author of novels about freedom and the heroes who fight for it. Jodie is also a public speaker and teacher who packs her novels with the knowledge she’s gained as an Army wife.

Jodie Bailey grew up in Eastern North Carolina, where she developed a love for golden sand and the Atlantic Ocean. She started writing stories as soon as she learned how to put sentences together, and spent her childhood and teen years making her best friends’ dreams come true on paper.

In college, she met the love of her life—a soldier who rides a Harley and jumps out of airplanes for fun. This prompted a whole lot of moving from place to place, and she had no idea how much those moves would work their way into her stories. For ten years, she pursued her second love, teaching. Now a full-time writer, she still teaches part-time because the kids keep her young and, every once in awhile, she needs some time away from the imaginary characters.

Jodie currently lives in North Carolina with her husband, her daughter, and a very stubborn pup.

I cannot say enough about how well written Fatal Identity is. Jodie Bailey has written a well-researched, well thought out novel. The spiritual journey of the characters touched my heart as no other LIS novel has to date. I'm looking forward to more of Jodie Bailey's books, and I'm praying for her as she writes them! THESE CHARACTERS WERE SO WELL WRITTEN!

Well-drawn characters and nonstop action that drew me in immediately and kept me engaged throughout. Rich and Dana were secondary characters in previous books, but their story is strong enough to stand alone. Both of them are highly professional, and their internal struggles to balance the traumas in their past with the desires and goals of their present built supreme tension between them, that was more than once so taut that I was brought to tears. Jodie Bailey is definitely an author to follow, and I look forward to her next books.

I'm sorry, I absolutely have loved the many books I have gotten by love inspired, but this one was so ridiculous and almost juvenile, that I stopped reading it after the fist few chapters. I know it's fiction, but this was horrible, I just couldn't take the plot seriously at all. Very laughable and boring.
