Fierce at Heart (The Kincaids of Pine Harbour) Kindle Edition
"It's so much fun to watch both of them struggle to keep each other in the friend-zone. And when they finally succumb to their physical attraction, a dam breaks, and emotions neither one knows what to do with rushes to the surface, raw and expectant. It's nothing short of delicious!" Book+Main review
"...a gorgeous contemporary small town series, low on drama and full of warmth..." Tara K, NetGalley review
"This book was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. I can't begin to tell you how much Adam and Isla's story spoke to me. Normally I don't gravitate towards friends to lovers/fake relationship romances but this is Zoe York, so you know it's going to be incredible." Judy Ann, Instagram review
"Sometimes when I read that a book has more than one trope that I like I instantly feel a sort of fear, because they cannot be thaaaat good, but this was, this book is a mix of friends to lover, fake dating, one night stand thing, which I love so much." Aldara K, NetGalley
"A one-sitting read...Zoe delivers on this arranged marriage, friends-to-lovers. I want more of Adam and Isla. a single book wasn't enough." Ashley A, NetGalley 5 star review
"Highly enjoyable romance between two people who believe they suck at love." Johanna S, NetGalley 5 star review
"This is a small town, fake marriage, friends to lovers, slow burn romance. All of my favorites wrapped up in one! It was sweet, with a touch of intense, moments." Renee, 5 star review, Goodreads
"Zoe York's style is so easy to read, heartwarming and tender escape. I love going to Pine Harbour for an afternoon, the characters are relatable and likable, the romance is warm and comforting, this is honestly one of the quietest, loveliest contemporary small town series out there, The angst is low, the romance is in full force, the writing is easy and flowing, I love it all!" ok so I'm a Huge fan of Mr. Owen Kincaid, big broody single dad + (young) grandpa, but Adam Kincaid, guys, I cannot-
This entire book is just one great reading experience. I finished it all in one sitting because I was so invested in Adam and Isla's journey to (true) marital bliss. Their relationship is one to be envied of; they truly have a great partnership with affection, respect, super hot chemistry, and stellar communication skills. Sure, both Adam and Isla have their own hangups (Isla's first marriage was Terrible, Adam's under constant pressure to prove that he is not a f-up Kincaid kid), but the way they complement each other in their relationship? A+++
Scene stealers: Will and Catie, and whatever is going on between those two. Had a slight panic googling Zoe's website to find out info about the next Kincaid book, and luckily Will's book is coming out in September (happy birthday to me!)
So. I hate being single, y'all. Do I need to find somebody to get into a marriage of convenience with or-
Adam and Isla's story was so awesome. I love these two characters and I could believe how and why they chose a marriage of friendship and convenience.
Zoe writes such wonderful characters and I loved how Adam and Isla created their new life together. It was so fun to share their daily lives and I felt like I was in the bakery and meeting all those wonderful friends, neighbors, and family.
The relationship progression between Adam and Isla sizzles and it was edgy. Who wouldn't want an Adam in their life. Once again a highly satisfying and enjoyable read.
He meets up again with an old acquaintance and then end up spending the night together. The next morning they go their separate ways but neither one forgets about their night together.
Isla needs a new start, she had a bad marriage and a worse divorce. When Adam calls her with a unique idea for a new start how can she resist?
Sweet story of two people who need to be together, but will they realize it before it is too late???
The Kincaid family is as wonderful as the Minelli and Foster families. Once you get to know them, you begin to feel like you live in Pine Harbour too!
Another must read from master storyteller Zoe York.

Great follow up to the previous book. In this one we get to know more about Adam the youngest Kincaid brother.
Again I liked that this one featured adults, who talked things through and discussed honestly what they wanted out of the relationship.
They both went in knowing where they stood and they built further on a great friendship that had developed during their time in the army. This worked for me for as they grew more and more closer real feelings developed and they progressed from there.
The feelings did sneak up on them and it was fun watching them work themselves out, but at the same time there wasn’t any manufactured angst to prolong the inevitable.
Great addition, can’t wait for the next one in the series.
