About the Author

Beth Dolgner started writing short stories at a young age, and having a journalism teacher for a dad certainly set her on the right track. After she graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her degree in Communications, Beth began working as a freelance writer, journalist and public relations representative. Georgia Spirits and Specters, Beth's first book, debuted in the spring of 2009 and was followed by Everyday Voodoo in 2010. She has a lifelong interest in the paranormal and is an active member of West Georgia Paranormal Investigations. Beth made her fiction debut in October of 2011 with the paranormal romance "Ghost of a Threat," the first in the Betty Boo, Ghost Hunter series. Beth Dolgner writes paranormal fiction and nonfiction. Her interest in things that go bump in the night really took off on a trip to Savannah, Georgia, so it's fitting that the Betty Boo, Ghost Hunter Series of paranormal romance novels takes place in that spooky city. Beth's young adult novels, the steampunk Manifest and the urban fantasy A Talent for Death, also have paranormal elements. Her nonfiction work includes Georgia Spirits and Specters and Everyday Voodoo.

Since Georgia is obviously on her mind, you might think Beth lives there. Well, she did, but these days she and her husband live in Tucson, Arizona, with their three cats. Beth misses Georgia and proper sweet tea, but there's no reason her characters can't enjoy those things.

Beth also enjoys giving presentations on Victorian death and mourning traditions as well as Victorian Spiritualism. She has been a volunteer at an historic cemetery, a ghost tour guide and a paranormal investigator.

Not only didn't I want the book to end, but I didn't want the series to end. I actually feel like I should drive to Savannah and go visit my friends Betty and Max and catch up with where they are now.

I enjoyed book 4 of the "Betty Boo, Ghost Hunter Series" quite a lot. It saddened me to know that this was the end of the series, as I've grown to like the characters. I was very entertained by all the twists and turns found within the pages. I was pleased with the way the story ended. I recommend this series to others who enjoy this genre. Lisa Bozek's narration was awesome and enhanced the story's entertainment. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.
