5.0 out of 5 starsQuestions about show
Will all episodes be available to PRIME customers or are the first 2 free as a promo? This is defintly a show that should have been released on a larger streaming network IMO. Nevertheless if what I am reading is true then EPIX should see a rise in subscribers. Also how often are episodes released to amazon or epix? Thanks

5.0 out of 5 starsThis is a must see Phenomenon!!
I loved everything about the tale of a Harlem legend whom was breaded and groomed in my home state of South Carolina. My grandfather was from South Carolina as well and like Bumpy he relocated to New York, because a jim crow south would have made him snap a cracker`s neck or vice versa. I loved how they captured the essence of Harlem during that time period and how they captured the code of ethics amongst black people. I remember the days when black men were men and this tale of the legendary Elleworth Johnson has captivated me being it embodies those things I use to know of our people. This man was disciplined and well reserved and carried himself with such knowledge of self. I love how they showed us the honorable and legendary Malcolm X and how the nation of Islam helped the in those communities. Can`t wait to watch the entire season. So far,so great job well done Forest Whitaker! You never cease to amaze me and thank you for humanizing Mr. Johnson and giving him a voice by telling his story visually.

Its a great lesson on having control of your neighborhood and a structure in your culture and community. 4.0 out of 5 starsFrank Lucas not Bumpy
Historical fiction. Nothing wrong with it, as long as it's entertaining. If you're interested in the subject, do some research for the real story. In addition, Chin Gigante did not allow dope anywhere near his family. " Deal and Die"
