The measure of a good book is if you keep trying to work in time to read it when you shouldn't be. This book kept my interest from start to finish. Some don't like all the points of view but I did. The only downside for me was the number of characters I needed to keep track of. Still I loved the book and will read others by these two authors. Loved that they wrote this during the pandemic but still found a way to do it.

I was impressed with how well Hendricks and Pekannen tied together all the loose ends in this complex plot. I highly recommend this novel for anyone who enjoys fast-paced psychological thrillers.

This wasn't the electrifying little thriller I was hoping for, that being said the writing style is engaging.

So I LOVE these two authors. Not sure who writes which bit as it is blended so well. I have read every book of theirs now and this one does not disappoint either! It is an interesting and fresh perspective on the thriller genre, I found that their books always stand out as memorable. I read this quickly and enjoyed the slow building of tension and drip feeding important details, the ending of course was also good and I didn't see the twists coming.

I read over 100 books a year, with this book I liked the beginning and the middle (parts 1 & 2), then part 3 comes in & out of nowhere you have a murder & hints at two possible people who did it & neither makes ANY sense at all?!?!?! Then it is a super quick round up of how everything turned out rosey What???????????! Real shame because I was engrossed in the first two parts but the third really lets this book down.
