If you like your alien invasions seasoned with a dash of humor, you'll enjoy this book. Our hero, who is prone to wisecracking, stops at a diner while on a trip and suddenly finds himself plunged into the middle of an alien conspiracy.

There's plenty of laughter amid the serious moments as he tries to work out which are the good aliens and which are the bad. You may need a scorecard -- and be prepared for some surprises along the way. It's a who's who of the UFO world, filled with mayhem, mind control and chuckles.

Will the human race survive? You're apparently going to have to read a sequel to find out. But don't worry. The first book has plenty to keep you entertained until the next one comes out.

If you're into the UFO conspiracy genre you really should read this book. It's an easy read and not preachy trying to convince you of anything. Don't confuse my saying it is an easy read with the book not being a worthwhile read. Gary Jonas can really tell a story. This is the only book of his that I have read so far, but he had me from beginning to end. When I wasn't reading it, I was thinking about. It. Loved the ending. Just buy it, you'll see.

Oh my goodness, another book by the talented Gary Jonas. This one has an amazing ending, so don't take anything for granted that you read, the plot has so many twists you'll feel breathless by the end. There seems to be no end to this author's ingenuity. This tale is about aliens, and quite different from his last series, which was equally enthralling. Can you tell I'm a big fan? Get ready for a great ride when you read this one.

I've read other books by this author so I was expecting the quick pace and fire of the hero. The ending came as a nice surprise, though. I won't bore you with the plot etc, but will tell you I'm looking forward to the next, and the next, and the next.

I enjoyed this book! Our protagonist, Steve, finds himself in the middle of aliens, MIB, shadow organizations and more aliens seemingly by accident. I wonder if this really was by accident or not? He's out of work with no family to speak of and wants to do the right thing, so he signs on with one of these shadow organizations to help protect the Earth. Things aren't what they seem. It's hard to tell which are the good guys and good aliens. Steve uses humor to deal with tense encounters and I think there is more to Steve than meets the eye. Maybe it wasn't an accident after all that he found himself in this situation.
I would definitely like to see a second book in this series. I think Steve has depths that will be uncovered in a second book.
