impression was that this was going to be just another age play romance, and it
was,but in reality it was so much more than that.
My heart ached for each of the characters for different reasons.Doc's life had
hardened him .He carried a huge chip on his shoulder and was holding onto
foolish, misplaced anger. He had buried his emotions deep. Will he let go of the
past and reconnect with his brother, and also be the Daddy he was meant to be.
Archer need to reunite with his brother and clear up past misunderstandings
that have left him vulnerable.Once again, life had thrown him a curve ball.If
he does follow his deepest desires and stay and fight for love,he would also
be fighting his brother.I felt like giving Archer a shove in the right direction
Caley was lost, alone and afraid.Life and been so cruel leaving her overwhelmed.
She had carried the burden and hurt for so long that it was eating her away.Grief
and loneliness was all she knew until the day she rescued Doc and Archer.I loved
Caley when she was in her little space. She was so carefree and without the guilt
that plagued her.
The plot had such depth and was full of emotions and turmoil. The characters were
real and believable.I just loved this age play story. It had the right blend of sweet and
tender. My favourite parts are the quiet moments that show the depth of understanding
needed in a age play relationship. This book will definitely be on my reread list.
Caley is a successful writer, but her personal life is a mess. It doesn’t make her less of a wonderful person – she is just overburdened and overwhelmed beyond what she can handle With Isaac, Caley can let herself relax and be vulnerable, and be secure in the knowledge that he will take care of her. She feels that she can tell Archer anything and he is helping to heal her wounded soul. But life is complicated. How can she figure out how to move on, and in which directions to move on?
I don’t give spoilers, and I don’t like to take your time up with what you see in the blurb. I do want to tell you that the dialogue and banter in this book is top notch, and the conversations between the lead characters had me laughing from the first paragraph onward. I laughed frequently, and more than once I cried. I was shocked about good things that happened, and about traumas that the lead characters endured. The steamy scenes really deliver, and are as well-written as the rest of the story. This story has a lot more emotion than you would expect, and the happy ever after is triumphant. It’s an understatement to say that I really enjoyed this book!

Doc and Archer are brothers that were close in their formative years, and beyond. In a difficult time in their relationship, they’re heading to a weekend vacation, with the goal of working on healing the rift. They obviously very much appreciate and love each other, but are both struggling with themselves and each other, to forgive and move forward.
Caley is a Little choosing to live in solitude after personal tragedy. Stagnate as days pass and convinced this is what she wants and needs.
Doc and Archer balance each other, like only two people can, with a lifelong history and understanding based in love and respect. Each have their own strengths and knowledge that allow them to see and connect with Caley. To understand where she is and what she needs. Their ability to communicate and advise each other, is key in making this a true romantic menage with three unique and distinct individuals. All three grow to appreciate each other, each other’s needs, strengths and weaknesses in their own way. Creating strong, crisscrossing bonds, tying themselves together.
This is a HEA. There is no sexual or romantic feeling or contact between the brothers. This book has spanking and hawt sexual scenes.
I absolutely recommend this book, author and series.
Cayley is such a wonderful sweetheart and a little who is bit messy and odd half the time as well as often forgetful. She's been through so much in her past and her Daddy had passed away, leaving her lonely and in her shell. I have truly enjoyed reading about all 3. Archer willing to sacrifice his feelings and happiness for Cayley so his brother and Cayley could be happy together. Cayley and Issy working to try to open up to one another. In the end, they all came together and healed one another in so many ways despite many struggles. This was such an amazing book. Laylah won me over once again. I can't wait for the next book for whatever series. Archer and Doc are so sweet and adorable with Casey and they love her so much and vice versa. It was sexy, long and I loved it all. Montana Daddy Series are the absolute BEST!!❤️❤️

The use of Top/Topping in a few places did throw me right out the story though. As a bi woman with a preference for subby tops it pains me to see it used when dom/domming would be more appropriate.
No potential triggers
There are a few editorial errors that irritated but didn't kill the book (missing words etc)
The characterisation, as ever from the author, is great.
There are some sex scenes and some swearing.
The BDSM element isn't too hardcore and the age play is sweet.
The plotline is engaging and ensures you keep turning the pages.
If this is the genre you like then I can recommend the series.
