Finally understand the life-altering knowledge of the Hermetica!
Imagine obtaining the wisdom of the ancient Egyptian philosophers. How different would your life be if you had access to their secret teachings on life, its origins, and its Creator? In what ways would your own life be transformed?
Dr. Matthew Barnes, chemist, biochemist, doctor, and bestselling author of The Emerald Tablet 101, The Kybalion 101, The Tao Te Ching 101, The Bhagavad Gita 101, and Jesus Christ, Zen Master, presents his interpretation of the second major work of the ancient Egyptian Philosopher, Hermes Trismegistus. And he does so in a way that is “in-your-face readable, understandable.”
In his work, you’ll discover:
• What brought on Hermes’ revelation, and how it‘s similar to the awakenings of Jesus, Buddha, and so many others.
• The connection between science and religion, and the truth about evolution.
• Why man is a double being.
(Did you know that man alone is a double being?)
• The true name of God, and the true creed.
• How to actually see the “body” of the Creator.
• How the ancient Egyptian philosophers viewed time.
(Hint: it’s not how we view it!)
• The three great entities of existence, and why humans were created in the first place.
• The answer to the debate over destiny versus free will.
(Did you know that it’s a choice?)
• Mankind’s single greatest fear, and how to overcome it.
• The truth about judgment day, and the root cause of our suffering.
• How to find enlightenment through Hermes’ teachings.
"Just as we were developed for this world in the womb, so too are we being developed for the next world within these bodies. And just as we emerged from the world of our mother's womb into this world, so too will we emerge from the world of these bodies into the next..." -The Hermetica 101

About the author

Matthew Barnes is an avid learner who spent his early years in North Carolina. During college, he experienced a stint with depression which led him to the works of the Eastern philosophers. He started writing simplified versions of the works he was inspired by in response to a friend that was struggling with religion. He hopes his attempts at simplifying the philosophies of ancient spiritual traditions will make them more accessible to Western minds, and in turn, will help bring peace to those, like his friend, who have found themselves lost in a world that, at times, seems so devoid of meaning and hope.

When I opened “The Hermetica 101” and read the Introduction I knew instantly I had found a kindred spirit in the author. The learnings we gain in life from all of its ups and downs “ripens” our consciousness and prepares our soul to recognize, receive and provide a fecund soil for rebirth (by rebirth I mean to breakthrough from the shackles that bind our spirit to its limited view of its true nature).
The author delivers a vehicle for spiritual transformation by taking an ancient and arcane document and bringing it to our modern world.
Several times during my reading of the book certain phrases would reach deep into my spirit giving me the sense of discovering a “key” that unlocked chains that were bound tightly around my heart and my mind and down to the very essence of my soul/being.
I can only thank the author for this brilliant demystification of one of the greatest spiritual writings of all time. Clearly the author speaks from a deep soul wisdom born from the “slings and arrows” of our human experience and brings that light to the ancient words.
Don’t miss the chance to read this beautiful rendering of an ancient classic.
I wonder how many people ever think about that. In my opinion Matthew Barnes knows The Presence and feels his way through these teachings which he translates. I have read all of them and a 2nd time with one so far. I'm sure to be reading them all again because they have that something extra. And that's what I always look for. Highly recommended.

That's insulting to Hermes, because it misrepresents his teachings and replaces them with someone elses.
You don't see Hindus rewriting the Bhagavad Gita, and adding new parts, and presenting it like the original, because they don't insult ancient texts. They add their interpretation separately, as a commentary.
Basically, it's a commentary.
