I like the concept of this book but I think it’s very basic. First if you look into it then you’ ll notice that it has the same problem and plot. Example: Lacey is mean, the typical kids bully the UDM kids, Nory learns how to “flux” or morph into a new animal, and that’s kind of it. Also the fact that Nory’s family is rejecting her because of her magic is just wrong. Since this book is aimed at a younger audience, I don’t think this will get much attention. Also, this copy arrived damaged.
