I'm not going to lie, the last two years were hard. The awful energy from the politics, pandemic and overall cultural pessimism was enough to get any of us down. That's why I LOVE this book, and the movement Mel is creating. Amid all this chaos, we all need to learn to ENCOURAGE ourselves to stay positive, motivated, and confident. We need to give ourselves some credit. We need new daily routines to remind ourselves of the GIFT of life, and to remember to celebrate life (and ourselves!).
