I think the writer/director knew exactly what he was trying to say but unfortunately, it didn't work on almost every level. I stuck with it but sorry I spent the $4.99 on it. It was disturbing for sure but so is seeing a dead animal on the side of the road.

Horrible movie and a waste of money. I rarely am disappointed in Movies and like some aspect of them usually but this was just all around a horrible movie.

with a slow creepy build up and exceptionally good performances from the lead actors (especially the debut of Sawyer Spielberg) Honeydew is a nice, unsettling, good time. Would recommend if your fans of dark/weird cringe comedy or flims such as Tusk, Come to Daddy, Bloody Hell & TCM2.

If your looking for a lot of kills and thrills you might end up disappointed.

This movie was honestly garbage in terms of writing, the acting is decent but only subpar at best and thats about it, the best acting came from a quadrapalegic that say absolutely nothing. This is one of those movie where you want to see the killers die but no, the old people win and it's just stupid. How the f*** in any type of reality would these events actually play out realisticly(none) the ending is the worst part yet the most entertaining. Seriously just don't even watch this because you will be completely disappointed. Waste of almost 2 hours of my time. I could write a better ending to this garbage in 5 minutes. I watched this a group and we all hated it. I really don't know how to s*** on this movie anymore. It's just really bad and really boring and really predictable. It's young people vs old people and somehow the old people win. If you have expectations that this will be good then you should throw that off a cliff and into the ocean and watch it sink into the sea because that would honestly be better to watch then this absolute failure of a movie.

2.0 out of 5 starsInteresting premise that fizzles out

The setup was far more interesting than the resolution. It unveils a lot of important information to the plot in a really smart way that would normally not have been handled with such finesse, very solid "show don't tell" and even the strange split screen and wipe effects work really well towards adding to the creepy/trippy atmosphere. Good acting and good setup but it just falls really flat once it hits the third act. I think that there was already enough knowledge gained going into it but the pace really stalls out as they fill in a resolution to another plot point. I guess that they didn't leave anything unanswered but the movie really lost my interest and attention right there.

There's a lot of good in this, enough where it should have ended up being a memorable horror movie but the ending just killed it for me. It's really weird, fosters a very creepy atmosphere and tells a good story that it puts to film pretty flawlessly but it just stalls out and is really disappointing
