Anger is not a bad thing, it is natural and necessary, what’s not necessary and what’s not Acceptable is how we sometimes express that anger (shut up, this book is for my child, not me). This book does a good job of showing that the solution is not to just simply suppress anger, but to manage it differently. Good luck with your little handful! And if your yih d child seems to have behaviors typical of ADHD, look into Proprioceptive seeking dysfunction
