I followed the first exercise and knocked out a major project I'd been avoiding for weeks. A project that only ended up taking me about half an hour to complete.
I love how this book tells you how to deal with this problem and then promptly gets out of the way so you can get on with the business of fixing it.
If you're struggling with procrastination drop everything and buy this book, following the steps and change your life.
I would recommend completely overcoming Dope distraction before reading this book. Perhaps the Author should make a 200 page book detailed book about Dope Detox for people who really struggle with it
