I really enjoyed reading this story.
They both have insecurities. Him being blind and her having had breast cancer and a double mastectomy.
They both push each other buttons. They feel the magnetic pull and sparks fly.
Her ex is a problem.

This book had so much going on that it should have been an awkward stretch to pull things together, both as a story and for a satisfying conclusion. Every bit of it worked! April Wilson is a creative force of nature!
I read April’s bio and I respect that she shared how Molly’s character was formed, as well as why Jamie’s character was perfect as the wonderful hero. April is right in saying that too many authors portray heroines and heroes as physically ‘perfect’. Most of us aren’t perfect, and so many authors insidiously make a lot of readers feel ‘less than’. It’s almost a form of bullying!
I hope that a great many authors will begin to write characters that are more within the realm of what most of us can believe. I’m sure you have opened a lot of eyes and created a literary groundswell, April! I hope to begin to find a lot more authors who have learned to creatively write with their hearts firmly fixed in reality!
You have taken on a huge task. I appreciate your writing style but it needs a little more. Thank u for asking.
They complimented each other.
So glad that Todd was the one to do himself in.
Love these stories of each of their lives-so heartfelt and loving.
They all just flow together.
Thanks for a great read.

There are some triggers relating to violence and attempted rape. That should have been mentioned in the blurb.
There are some editorial mistakes that literally screamed at me and really turned me off the book, one of them is totally unforgivable because in the same chapter Jamie texts Molly to say he's outside and a few paragraphs later he asks for her number to programme into his phone. That's just lazy proof reading. How can anyone sign that off? It's not the only instance either.
The characterisation isn't bad, but I was by no means invested in the characters.
There are some sex scenes, but not every other page.

Imperfect is just Perfect. What an amazing emotional story of Jamie & Molly.
Jamie was robbed of his eyes whilst serving as a navy seal for his country. He's been recuperating and protected by his family whilst staying at Shane estate. With the help of Shane's fiancée, Beth, he gets his own apartment and his independence back.
Molly is a survivor of breast cancer loosing both breast but opting for no reconstruction surgery. She is also trying to move on from her ex husband, who she has a restraining order against.
When they meet each other they both feel that instant connection but Molly fights it, she can't get a blind man mixed up with her evil violent ex.
The scenes between them, with Jamie showing Molly his eyes, that's a first, and Molly letting Jamie touch her, another first, are very touching.
This is book 5 in The McIntyre Security Bodyguard Series and I have loved every book but this ones the most emotional but heart warming so far. 💖 Look forward to book 6

It's now 4 years and counting and she is doing brilliantly, what she found the hardest was where to put her arms when folded that don't pull on the stitches or scar tissue.
Again, a brilliant book, I loved every word, well done. Keep writing.
