The Story of the English Bible (Part 2)
Verified purchase
The late Ken Connolly goes on location to many important historic places to tell the story of the English Bible. You will hardly find a set of videos with such a wealth of synthesized material. I first purchased this set when it first was released on VHS tape. It was a tremendous blessing. This version lacks the audio quality of the VHS tape series, but the content is well worth looking past that. If you are a new Christian or just beginning to study the Reformation and the bible this series will single-handedly catapult you into a new level of historical understanding. Watch it often and with your children (if you have them). Probably few videos ever produced carry the impact of this 4 part series. It is an invaluable resource.

Audio
Audio has a very washed out sound which makes it hard to understand it at times. The content of the video is actually really good, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about the history of the Bible.
