I can't promise this will work but I'm glad I spent the money on the book. I truly believe it helped me!
Edit: I also did a gluten free diet (I don't have celiac or gluten intolerance as far as I know) but want you to know exactly what I did.
I ended up purchasing this book when all the local libraries never had it on the shelf. I am so glad I did! I think every woman should read this. There is a lot in here about charting your Basal Body Temp. and tracking ovulation. I am not pregnant yet, but after charting for a few months I am seeing improvements in my cycle. I am taking Chinese herbs, vitamins, supplements like vitex and having acupuncture once a week.
Trust me this is a great resource!
I'm very glad I read reviews posted by others, seeking advice from a professional acupuncturist was necessary for me in addition to reading the book and following the diet. My acupuncturist gave me the same advice as suggested in the book such as diet, herbs( I was light on the herbs and chose tincture) and an acupuncture regimen.
