    J.D. Beckwith is a mechanical engineer with delusions of writing grandeur. A lifelong fan of science fiction and fantasy, he has recently taken the opportunity to try his hand at the craft he's always admired.

    When he isn’t working on either expanding his bibliography, or finding more efficient ways of manufacturing things — like bulldozers, excavators, and garbage trucks — he amuses himself with reading, tabletop &amp; RPG gaming, arguing on the internet, growing tomatoes, and herding cats… all while trying to stay hidden in the woods of Northwest Georgia.

    Michael Gants is a quality inspector of nuclear power plants. He is a proud retired USN submariner, trained in the maintenance and upkeep of nuclear power systems. During his time in the military he visited 25 countries on five of the seven continents. He has been around the world and through every ocean. He has also been an insurance salesman, computer programmer, journalist, air conditioner mechanic, small business owner, small craft boarding specialist, an aquarium maintenance technician for Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach, and a Navy anti-terrorism trainer. He and his amazing family now reside in Chattanooga Tennessee with several fur babies.
