I’ve used them in the microwave and dishwasher (sanitize cycle) multiple times and there were absolutely no issues.
These mugs are made out of sturdy glass, not plastic! I’m not sure why some people were saying they were plastic? You can clearly feel it’s glass.

I have now used for two weeks & do love them. Was washing in sink as we use them so often & one cracked when it hit something else. It wasn't hard just a bump. So wash in dish washer not by hand so they don't hit something else. Perhaps dealer will replace not sure, but will contact.
Amazon offered me two choices, I could return for credit or they would ship me 4 new ones & I could pull a new cup out & place my cracked one in its place & return. Like them so much that I decide to get the replacement. The Amazon gal, Maxine, was so helpful & polite. She emailed me a label to return the cups & it was so easy. Way to GO!

After opening I was disappointed! Decided to use to see if I could warm up to the mugs not being glass. Have had for a week & I LOVE them!! Change is not easy. Generally speaking, I do prefer 16oz mugs and have quite a few. I drink hot tea (sometimes coffee) every morning with breakfast and 16oz is perfect to have just "one" cup. Before buying these, my favorite mugs were the white ceramic ones from Starbucks. Starbuck mugs get a little pricey, so I tend to save my app points until I have enough to cash them in for mugs. A common issue I have with ceramic is the last 1/4 of my drink going cold. I don't have that problem with these double-walled glass mugs. The last bit isn't piping hot, but it's warm enough to still be enjoyable and that's a major plus for me. I've run these mugs through the dishwasher several times and have popped them in the microwave a few times for hot cocoa and they are still like new. I even had an accident on the first use and dropped a mug on the carpet from a standing position. It bounced and rolled and scared the crap out of me but didn't take any damage at all. These really are my new favorite mugs and I highly recommend buying them. I'll be buying a second box for my office very soon.

Surprising quality right out of the box. They are packaged incredibly well with each mug fitted in a single piece of dense black foam (see picture). There was another piece of foam on top that I took off before taking the picture which completely enclosed the mugs for shipping. I didn't realize they are hand-blown glass until I read the box. The craftsmanship is unbelievable. They are very lightweight and easy to hold. The insulation is so amazing I can hold a streaming cup of anything with my hands wrapped around the outside and the mug stays cool in my hand. These mugs did not disappoint! I wanted clear glass mugs and originally tried a different mug that wasn’t double walled and the glass seemed like it was about to crack bc it was so thin and then I would only be able to hold the mug by its handle since it was so hot! These mugs solved that problem, not too hot to hold the mug itself, keeps my drink warm for awhile, and looks so pretty! The size is perfect for tea too (see pic for size reference), I was finding myself always wanting more with my smaller mugs. I only drink coffee sometimes and when I do it’s a small amount so this mug might be a little too big for coffee for me, but the benefit of it being big is that I can froth my milk in it without worrying about it splashing out. The lip on it is thick, feels thick, and makes it comfortable to drink out of as opposed to thin ceramic that you could hit your teeth on. Also no issues with these going in the dishwasher, I’ve only tried top shelf and plan to keep it that way to protect them! Sometimes I have to take them out of the dirty dishwasher and just hand wash them though since I use them so much!
